Job Descriptions:
ESG Responsibilities
Coordinate ESG data collection and reporting activities.
Support preparation of:
GHG emissions data (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
sustainability reports
EcoVadis assessments
customer ESG questionnaires
Ensure ESG requirements are integrated into operational procedures and supplier management processes.
Track ESG regulations, customer requirements, and industry standards.
Support implementation of sustainability initiatives:
1. energy reduction
2. waste reduction
3. supplier sustainability
4. carbon footprint monitoring
Maintain ESG documentation, evidence, and performance records.
Prepare and support ESG audits, assessments, and stakeholder requests.
GHG
Develop and support carbon reduction strategies (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions)
Conduct carbon footprint analysis using standards ISO 14064
Identify energy efficiency and waste reduction opportunities
Work with suppliers and internal teams to drive low-carbon initiatives
Prepare and support GHG- ISO14064 audit assessments and stakeholder requests.
RBA Compliance Management
Implement and maintain compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct.
Monitor compliance in:
1. Labor practices
2. Health & Safety
3. Environmental requirements
4. Ethics and business integrity
5. Management systems
Maintain RBA policies, procedures, and records.
Coordinate site compliance activities and improvement programs.
Prepare and support RBA audit assessments and stakeholder requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering/ QMS/ Environmental Science/ Sustainability or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year's experience in QMS, compliance, or ESG/ GHG -related functions.
Experience with ISO management systems.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Required knowledge of GHG Protocol, Ecovadis, ESG framework, RBA.
Microsoft Office and strong reporting skills.
Could handle work independently and self –motivated.
