Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
2. Taking-off for quantities
3. Estimation and Pricing of works
4. Prepare Tender Document and Tender Calling
5. Liaise with Clients, Consultants
6. Attend Client Consultant Meeting(s)
7. Prepare Interim Claims, verification of VO
8. Prepare Final account
9. Other duties as assigned by superior and manager
Job Requirement:
1. Candidates must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
4. Possess positive attitude, strong oral and communication skills.
5. Able to take-off manually & using softwares (Glodon, etc.)
6. Able to works systematically and meet stipulated deadline.
7. Able to work under pressure and extra hours.
8. Independent, mature with pleasant personality, multi-tasking and fast learner.
9. Must possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time depending on project site (as required)
10. Full-time position.
11. Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.
