Duties & Responsibilities:
- Taking off quantity from drawings
- Involve in calculation of project costings and computation of Bill of Quantity
- Involve in calculating the cost of construction for project tender (pre-contract) based on tender drawings and documents
- Able to conduct site valuation and measurement
- Involve in enquiries for quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers & comparison schedule
- Prepare monthly progress claim, certification of subcontractor’s payment, Variation Order’s evaluation and final account
- To render support to the superior and be a team player
- Perform other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Certificate in Building or Quantity Surveyor .
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, able to interact with consultants, project team, contractors and suppliers
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Fresh graduates and practical training students are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate is essential.
