Job Description:
- Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of construction works accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
- Oversee the whole project department; provide necessary technical supports, action plans and advice to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Work closely with all consultants in establishing drawing for tender and construction.
- Organize and monitor the submission status at various stages of development process.
- Resolve design / construction site constrains and concerns.
- Ensure that the Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) is obtained on time.
- Check all drawings to ensure drawings are well coordinated and developer’s requirements are met.
- Lead QAQC team to handle defect works after handover to house owner.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently
- At least 5 years in Civil Engineering (Structure design)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering/ Project Management / Project Development)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken is preferred.
- Well versed in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Work location based in Bukit Mertajam
