Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure employee information is accurate.
- Coordinate staff confirmation, resignation, renewal, and other HR-related processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and male candidates are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
