HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure employee information is accurate.
  • Coordinate staff confirmation, resignation, renewal, and other HR-related processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing staff training, engagement activities, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and male candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and HR practices is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
