HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE (SUNGAI CHUA KAJANG)

  • On the job training will be provided to Fresh graduate / Juniors.
  • Basic salary up to RM3800
  • Work hour 9am - 5pm
  • 5 working days / week

Job Responsibilities :

  • To handle Interview, recruit non executive staff and workers for both the company and sub company to meet their manpower requirements.
  • Supervise the safe custody, retrieval and updating of personnel files and records.
  • To follow up on all industrial accident cases in the company.
  • To liaise with SOCSO on any industrial accident claim.
  • To ensure that all training claims with Human Resources Development Council are being followed up.
  • To prepare the monthly manpower statistics.
  • Assist the HR Manager in arranging for training programs
  • Provide counselling to the employees.
  • Assist the HR Manager in following up on disciplinary cases in the production.
  • To attend to the foreign workers’ welfare needs in accordance to common practices within Malaysian law.
  • To ensure that the general office areas, reception, telecommunication and office equipment are well maintained and in serviceable conditions.
  • To organize and ensure maintenance and good housekeeping of the company’s property.
  • Issue insurance for transshipment of roller to supplier site
  • Handle risk insurance and insurance claims
  • Assist the HR Manager in monitoring guard tour patrol report, schedules and assignments of security guards.
  • Handle maintenance of company vehicles, application of transfer ownership, petrol card, renewal of car insurance & road tax.
  • To handle maintenance of company property & tenancy agreement.
  • To handle maintenance of office building (pest control, hygiene service, repair & maintenance) and office equipment
  • Liaise with government authorities (Majlis Pembandaran , Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Malaysian Investment Development Authority)

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience in any HR / Admin related field.
  • Must be willing to work in Sungai Chua, Kajang
  • Possess own transport and able to work at Kajang.
  • 1 full time position is available
