Responsibilities :
- To assist on follow-up actions assigned.
- Provide personal support to AGM, Sales & Marketing in daily sales and customers management.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, etc.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships.
- Prepare other Sales Department documents such as quotation, Sales order, etc.
- Prepare report required by the Sales Department.
- Files and maintains records/documents.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage.
- Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to communicate effectively in Malay and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
