Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange training programs and schedules
- Liaise with speakers, trainers, and members
- Follow up with members via message or phone call
- Handle booking of training hall/room, food & beverage arrangements
- Manage training-related materials and items
- Maintain attendance records and training feedback reports
- Prepare training presentation slides and materials
- Create content for training EDM and social media postings
- Coordinate and manage online Zoom meetings
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Well-organized and responsible
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Canva / Zoom
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Experience in admin or training coordination will be an added advantage
