Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange training programs and schedules
  • Liaise with speakers, trainers, and members
  • Follow up with members via message or phone call
  • Handle booking of training hall/room, food & beverage arrangements
  • Manage training-related materials and items
  • Maintain attendance records and training feedback reports
  • Prepare training presentation slides and materials
  • Create content for training EDM and social media postings
  • Coordinate and manage online Zoom meetings
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Well-organized and responsible
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Canva / Zoom
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in admin or training coordination will be an added advantage
