Requirements
- Basic + Comm
- With or Without experience
- Providing On-The-Job training
- General understanding of all company vehicle products
- Persuasive and positive personality
- Ability to meet sales quotas
- Be Responsible, Obey Instructions and Teamwork
- Must have driving license (D)
Responsibilities
- Discovering customer's needs
- Helping to narrow down customer's options
- Organizing Test drives
- Negotiating deals and sales
- Promoting dealership packages and add-ons
- Suggesting financing options
- Explaining Vehicle features simply
- Participating in special sales events
- Providing and receiving feedback
