We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support our growing workforce across multiple sites in Singapore.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, consistency, and ownership matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting payroll processes (timesheets, CPF, submissions)
- Managing employee records, work passes, and documentation
- Assisting with HR compliance matters (MOM submissions, filings)
- Coordinating staff deployment and internal HR processes
- Supporting onboarding and day-to-day workforce administration
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of HR operations or payroll experience in Singapore
- Familiar with MOM processes, CPF, and HR compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume tasks
- Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
