Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&E projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing and Fire Protection installation works on-site.
- Monitor project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, authority requirements, and project standards.
- Oversee testing & commissioning activities and project handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in M&E construction projects.
- Strong knowledge in: Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing Systems Fire Protection Systems (Wet Riser, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Hydrant, etc.)
- Familiar with local authority requirements and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel/site-based.
