Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs.
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, exercise, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Responsible for customer / patient satisfaction by initiating investigation and service recovery.
- Responsible for patients to be seen on a timely manner.
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing education on self-care and injury prevention.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.
- Writing reports/ letters to doctors for referral or patient updates.
- Some amount of administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Possess sound knowledge in Physiotherapy clinical skills.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and be challenged to think out of the box.
- Team player and good interpersonal skills.
