- Take full ownership of identifying, refining, and implementing business growth programs, working with growth teams to improve performance, refine operations, and lead regional expansion, while using market insights and data-driven strategies to achieve sustainable and impactful growth.
- You will report into the OC Growth & Commercial Manager be based in Johor Bahru, working onsite.
The day-to-day activities:
- Acquisition Strategy: You will develop and implement tailored strategies for managing the acquisition of non-managed merchant segments in the Johor region.
- Channel development: You will explore and establish new channels to acquire and manage new merchants within the Johor region.
- Pipeline Management: You will oversee the merchant acquisition pipeline and ensure development aligns with the regional strategic goals.
- Leading: You will lead the sales team, focusing on designing incentive structures and overseeing payout processes.
- Be Ahead of the curve: You will stay informed about the industry situation along with competitor activity as part of feedback and learning.
- Budget Management: You will oversee the budget for the region, ensuring allocation and spending achieve required effectiveness and achieving regional targets.
- Reporting and Performance Management: You will organize regular check-ins and reporting for the sales performance to ensure we stay ahead of our target and having a healthy sales run rate.
