Westcoast Precision is a precision machining and manufacturing company serving the semiconductor, aerospace, and high-technology industries. With operations in the United States and Malaysia, we specialize in precision machined components, mechanical assemblies, and contamination-controlled manufacturing solutions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist to support the daily financial operations of our growing Malaysia facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, purchase records, payment vouchers, and supplier statements
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
• Support inventory, purchasing, and ERP-related accounting entries
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and external accountants/auditors
• Track expenses, budgets, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local financial regulations
• Assist with SST, tax documentation, and audit preparation when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
