About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at RUBINO INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this full-time role will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our presence in the stone processing industry.
What you'll be doing
- Actively identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities in the stone processing industry
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
- Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to win new business
- Collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the stone processing or a similar manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a commercially-minded approach
- Technical understanding of stone processing and related products and services
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
