About the Role
The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (ABM) is the bridge between high-level strategy and tactical excellence. You are the Strategic Implementer for a portfolio of brands, responsible for turning annual visions into detailed quarterly roadmaps. In our lean environment, you must be a "Player-Coach"—equally comfortable presenting a budget to the HOD as you are proofreading a menu or managing an influencer event solo.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation & Planning
Quarterly Roadmaps: Translate annual brand strategies into detailed, actionable marketing plans that drive revenue and covers.
Budget Oversight: Manage and track assigned campaign budgets and A&P spend with strict financial discipline.
PR & PR Narrative: Drive the brand's PR narrative by maintaining proactive relationships with media and influencer communities.
Portfolio Management & QA/QC
Solo Custodianship: Function as the 360-degree lead for your brands, handling all execution (social, digital, hygiene) when a junior team member is not assigned.
Execution Quality: Oversee the final QA/QC for your portfolio, ensuring all outputs meet the Continuum luxury standard.
Performance Optimization: Analyze weekly commercial data and adjust tactical plans in real-time to meet sales targets.
Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)
Strategic Ownership: Act with managerial authority. Present completed plans and strategic solutions to the HOD.
WIP Leadership: Lead weekly WIP meetings, providing concise, actionable direction to the team.
Responsiveness: Be a proactive communicator, ensuring all internal stakeholders (Finance, Ops) are aligned.
Working Hours & Flexibility
Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Operational Flexibility: Due to the nature of F&B and Nightlife, the employee must be flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, or irregular hours when necessary.
Adjusted Event Hours (Nightlife Focus): If required to be present for events (e.g., in a bar/club) or marketing shoots/activities outside the office, the following protocols apply:
You are advised to be on-site for 1-2 hours to ensure work is done (e.g., event set-up, media checks).
You must inform the HOD of your activity through the right communication channels.
You are eligible to report to the office the next working day with adjusted hours, from 3:00 pm till 7:00 pm. based on prior agreements with HOD on a case-to-case basis.
