Job Responsibilities:
- Stock & Procurement: Source, purchase, and allocate stock movement. Ensure stock availability while preventing shortages or overstocking.
- Sales & Retail Support: Prepare weekly sales reports, respond to retail inquiries promptly, and process stock orders (PO creation).
- Promotions & Marketing: Plan promotional items for campaigns and collaborate with marketing, sales, and RMA teams.
- Trading & Costing: Monitor market trends, secure stock before suppliers sell out, and negotiate the best pricing.
- New Product Sourcing: Identify and introduce new products that align with market demand.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and optimize inventory to meet sales demands.
- Fast Decision-Making: Act quickly on stock opportunities and pricing changes to stay competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and RMA) to align strategies and execution.
Requirements:
- Strong trading and procurement skills in IT products.
- Cost-sensitive and able to make strategic purchasing decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest product trends and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of IT products.
- Highly responsive and able to reply to messages promptly.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and inventory monitoring.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

- Occasional responses to retail outlet inquiries may be needed outside of working hours.
