Our company comprises two business entities, Fepa and Carbo, each dedicated to specific countries and market segments. Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
- Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.
Marketing
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
- Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.
Operations Coordination
- Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
- Handle and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Customer Service
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce chat platforms.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Able to speak and write Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer service.
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
