KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare quotations for construction projects
- Monitor project costs and track expenses
- Keep detailed records of material usage, deliveries, and site transactions to support invoicing and cost control
- Assess and process Variation Orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts in accordance with contract terms
- Assist in dispute resolution and the preparation of claims documentation when required
- Ensure all work complies with contract terms
