Job Description:
• Manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
• Coordinate and oversee the work of external maintenance contractors and vendors
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety, environmental and quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on equipment operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirement :
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar facilities or engineering management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
