Lead the Quality Assurance process to ensure the achievement of quality compliances and customer satisfaction. Provide Quality Assurance support and coordinate in resolving potential issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Customer Quality Issues and Internal Quality issues to drive Corrective & Preventive Actions.
- Facilitate Quality Planning Process [PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Quality Gate] for new process setup.
- Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities.
- Analyze, compile, review Quality Metrics, and timely communication to stakeholders.
- Perform Quality Audits to ensure compliances, process effectiveness, and elimination of Quality Risks.
- Coordinate Change Control, RMA, SPC implementation and Quality Training activities
