About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Liaison Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience across policy servicing and claims support. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction while upholding operational and regulatory standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate information on insurance policies, coverage, and procedures
- Support end-to-end policy servicing, including applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Assist customers throughout the claims process and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and escalation where necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance, banking or customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes is an added advantage
• Preferred female
• Preferred Language: Mandarin, English & Malay
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm
