Job Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, cheque issuance, and related tasks.
• Maintain an accurate and organized filing system to ensure documents are easily traceable.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
• Verify and reconcile payments, amounts and records to ensure accuracy.
• Support smooth day-to-day office operations by performing clerical duties such as typing, filing, handling correspondence, making phone calls and basic bookkeeping.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
• Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and organizational skills.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting systems is required.
• Must be physically fit with good endurance.
• Demonstrates patience and professionalism in dealing with customers and third-party vendors.
• Diligent, hardworking, flexible, and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime, including on public holidays.
