Position Title: EV Sales Manager

Report To: CEO / General Manager

Location: Ipoh, Perak.

Working Hours: Daily: 9.00am - 6:00pm (Weekend Rotation Required)

Salary: RM6,000.00 + Overrides

Age: Below 40 Years Old

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Manager to take full ownership of our EV showroom operations. You will be the "Captain of The Ship", ensuring the showroom is pristine, the administrative workflow (from booking to delivery) is flawless, and the brand generates excitement through digital channels and local roadshows.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Sales Management

  • Customer Experience: Manage the end-t-o-end customer journey. Ensure every walk-in or appointment receives a premium, consultative experience regarding EV technology.
  • Sales Leadership: Set monthly targets, monitor sales pipelines and personally handle high-value VIP clients.

Sales Administration

  • Documentation: Oversee the end-to-end administration of sales files. Ensure all bookings are recorded in the CRM immediately.
  • Financial Processing: Coordinate with banks/financiers for loan approvals and process customer down payments/invoices.
  • Registration & Compliance: Handle all liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., DMV/JPJ/LTA) for vehicle registration, road tax, and insurance issuance.
  • Delivery Schedule: Coordinate the Pre-Delivery Inspection(PDI) and schedule the handover ceremony with the customer.

Brand Awareness & Marketing

  • Social Media: Manage the official social media pages (IG/FB/TikTok). Post daily stories, answer inquiries within 1 hour, and create content (videos/photos) showcasing new features or deliveries.
  • Events & Roadshows: Plan and execute 1-2 off-site roadshows or pop-up test drive events per month to generate leads.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Automotive Sales, Retail Management, or Hospitality. Experience with EVs or Luxury vehicles is a distinct advantage.
  • Admin Proficiency: High attention to detail, Familiarity with loan processing, insurance cover note and vehicle registration documentation is essential.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfortable using Canva (for basic design), editing short videos for Reels/TikTok, and managing leads via Whatsapp/CRM software.
  • Attitude: A "hands-on" leader who doesn't mind moving cars, cleaning displays, or handling paperwork.
  • Schedule: Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays (with off-days on weekdays).
