Account Executive (Klang)

Job Description

1. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
2. Analyze financial statements and performance reports
3. Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability
4. Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
7. Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations
8. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and banks
9. Maintain proper filling systems to ensure all documents are up-to-date and readily available to review

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher / Graduate Diploma, Finance / Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Able to handle a full set if accounts is an added advantage
• Required skill(s): Ms Office
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base
• At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Immediate availability added advantage
