Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for the company
• Deliver engaging marketing plan presentations and product-related talks
• Organize and manage marketing events and activities
• Conduct online presentations and training sessions via Zoom
• Support and share responsibilities within the marketing department
• Handle and support overseas market development initiatives
• Manage members’ enquiries and provide timely, professional support
• Build strong relationships with members, understand their environment, and actively engage with them to identify business opportunities
• Develop and expand networking plans to drive business growth and performance
Requirements:
• Experience in marketing or business development (direct sales experience is an advantage)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking in public and conducting online sessions
• Outgoing, extroverted, and enjoys meeting people
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
