- 1–2 years of software testing experience (manual testing preferred)
- Understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum
- Experience with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
Added Advantage:
- Experience in insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting, or customer systems)
- Basic SQL or API testing knowledge
