Responsibilities:
- Build and manage key accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with key accounts in the health supplements consumer market
- Generate new business & customer networks.
- Develop and manage a nationwide sales team.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Propose actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in the health supplements consumer market
- Sale Manager 5 years experience/Sales Executive 3 years experience
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to meet customers expectation
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Possess at least a diploma majoring in sales & marketing, consumer behaviors and general management.
