Qualifications & Requirements :
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Advantage to candidate with Interior Design background or have knowledge in Interior Design industry.
- Visit site is a must and have own transport.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams involved in the project.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, objectives, and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during the course of the project to maintain project momentum.
- Uphold the company's reputation for excellence in design and service delivery.
- Ensure all works carried out are according to drawing, specifications, construction plan, procedure method statements.
- Prepare project internal timeline, project construction schedule and update daily report of project, verify progress report and attending site meetings.
