Job description:
- Act as a secretary for HSE committee meeting and prepare minute of meetings and monthly reports to Management
- To develop HSE Legal Register to address all HSE legal requirements applicable at workplace & site.
- To liaise with authorities/ regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc.) on matters pertaining to HSE to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations.
- To monitor the implementation of ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 standard at office & site and advice on improvement action.
- To submit notification of accident and incident report within 24 hours and prepare full investigation report
- To advice in developing and maintaining Context of Organization documents (RBT), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), Environmental Aspect and Impact Register (EAIR)
- To execute the development, implementation & maintenance of the QSHE documentation and ERT program
- To notify state JKKP (DOSH) in case of fatality and prepare full report within one (1) month after the accident/incident to state JKKP (DOSH)
- To execute ISO audit and site inspection in compliance with schedule and regulations
- To ensure the validity of CIDB green card for all project personnel and maintain record
- Continuously promote awareness on HSE to all levels of employees through meeting, briefing, training and induction.
- Other tasks & projects as assigned from time to time
- This position will based in Sandakan, Sabah.
Job requirement:
- At least a degree in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Engineering or subject related to Safety & Health
- Minimum 3 years’ working experiences in related position/ industry
- Working knowledge in QMS-ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 standard in the construction industry
- Ability to conduct audit related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
- Good knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health practices
- Willing to travel when required
- Good report preparation, communication, and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision
- Good computer literacy
- Priority will be given to those who have green book .
- Salary range RM 5,000.00 – RM 5,500.00
