What You’ll Handle / 主要业务
- Licensing / 执照: Commercial, Factory, Manufacturing (MIDA/MITI)
- 商业执照、工厂执照、制造业执照（MIDA / MITI）
- New applications, renewals & amendments
- 新申请、更新及变更
- Coordination with local councils & government authorities
- 与地方政府及相关部门沟通协调
- Employment Pass & Dependent Pass / 就业准证 & 家属准证:
- New applications & renewals
- 工作签证及家属签证申请与更新
- Immigration document compliance
- 移民文件合规
- Foreign Workers / 外籍劳工: eQuota, ePLKS, JIM, JTK, KDN
- eQuota、ePLKS、JIM、JTK、KDN 外劳申请、更新、取消
- Focus on New Hiring → Quota Application → Onboarding → Yearly Renewal
- 专注于新聘员工 → 配额申请 → 入职安排 → 每年续签
- Yearly Renewal & Compliance / 年度续签及合规管理
- Corporate Insurance & Compliance / 企业保险与合规:
- 外劳保险、SOCSO 及审计、合规文件
- Documentation & claims handling
- 文件与理赔管理
- Compliance tracking & reporting
- 合规追踪及报告
- Client & Project Coordination / 客户与项目协调:
- End-to-end project ownership (from document prep to approval)
- 从文件准备到获批，全程管理项目
- Liaise with clients & authorities professionally
- 与客户及政府部门沟通协调
- Provide operational solutions & process improvements
- 提供营运解决方案及流程优化
