Job Requirements:
- Must be familiar using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and work hard is rewarded.
- Detail oriented and meticulous.
- Added advantage with knowledge of Autocount
- English and Bahasa is essential. Mandarin is a plus.
Job Scope
- Update stock system accurately for goods received. Check acknowledged delivery orders to purchase orders and generate goods received notes to be passed to accounts department.
- Print customer invoices and preapre for mailing every week.
- Maintain stock system accurately with last buy and selling price, product photos, description and quantity.
- Create new stock code and description accurately.
- Immediately investigate and rectify any discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
- Other inventory related work assigned by superior.
