Responsibilities
- Able to operate Bending / Turret Punch / CNC Laser / Press Brake machines safely and efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders accurately.
- Set up machines and adjust parameters to achieve correct bending angles and dimensions.
- Ensure 100% production accuracy from the first piece through careful setup and verification.
- Perform first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments before full production.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and output targets.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating Bending /Turret Punch / CNC Laser / Press Brake machines.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BALAKONG, SELANGOR.
- Available to start work immediately is an advantage.
