Job Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
- Prepare employment documents (New Contract Foreign worker)
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
- Assist with employee benefits enrolment (PERKESO) and cessation of benefits upon termination.
- Maintain records for foreign workers, update databases, and ensure proper documentation filing.
- Support daily HR operations, including clerical and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain daily attendance records for foreign workers.
- Prepare HR policy and procedure documentation.
- Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as MC, absences and leave records.
- Update HR databases with employee information including new hires, resignations, leave, and other changes.
- Handle matters related to foreign workers including accommodation, compensation, and benefits.
- Perform office administrative duties and HR-related tasks.
- Manage disciplinary matters (warning letters, show cause letters, Counselling letter, termination, etc.)
- Assist with work permit and renewals for foreign workers.
- Administer employee benefits and claims
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
- Ability to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
- Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
- Full-Time position(s) available. URGENT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
