Job Responsibilities :
- Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner within the account team.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
- Responsible in audit as well as all taxes preparation and submission.
- Prepare monthly reports and other accounts related matters.
- Manage company’s financial accounting process and ensure compliance with accounting standard and practices.
- Responsible in HR role including full sets of payrolls, benefits administration, staffs’ attendance etc
- Involving and assisting in managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the office by supporting the administrative works given
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Proven accounting experience for minimum of 2 years in industry or field. Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
- Must know full set of account and all taxes related.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Familiar with accounting or CRM software or systems and practices
- Up-to-date with advancements in office applications and systems
- Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Able to write and communicate in English and Malay
