Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and price tender documents, including BQ measurement and costing.
2. Review drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.
3. Request, analyse, and compare subcontractor & supplier quotations.
4. Prepare tender summary and assist in tender submission.
5. Assist in preparation of interim claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
6. Monitor project cost and maintain proper cost records.
7. Coordinate with project team, consultants, and subcontractors.
8. Check and verify basic QS works prepared by junior staff.
Requirements
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years experience in construction industry.
3. Familiar with tender pricing, BQ, and basic contract administration.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Proficient in Excel and basic QS tools.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
