Job Summary
The Admin & Billing Assistant supports daily administrative and billing tasks to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks using PC skills to maintain efficient office operations
- Enter data and prepare inspection certificates, then send documents via email and fax
- Organize, update, and maintain billing records accurately using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and format billing and administrative documents using Microsoft Word
- Support billing by preparing invoices and tracking payments using MYOB/ABSS accounting software
- Monitor outstanding debts and perform debt chasing via phone and email to ensure timely payments
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to support financial accuracy
- Assist with general office duties such as filing and disposal of old records to maintain a smooth workflow in a home-based office environment
