Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality will be a key priority.
Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)
Working Arrangement: Rotational shift-based (5 working days per week)
Shift Arrangement: Monday to Friday or Friday to Tuesday
Weekend: Work-From-Home
Working hour: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm (include 1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer enquiries via Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada, and social media.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with order, delivery and product-related questions.
- Coordinate with internal team for order or issue resolution.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction rate and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
- Able to read and write (type) in Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese & basic English.
- Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
- Shift work on weekday & weekends.
- Good communication skills and basic computer / e-commerce platform knowledge.
