Sales Engineer (Industrial Division)

Job Scope Responsibilities :-

This position will be responsible for achieving Company’s sales goals within the assigned territory by focusing on the management of existing customers, development of new opportunities, furthering strategic markets and developing strong product presence. Feedback on current market situation and provide suggestion on maintaining company competitiveness in the market. Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy receivables position.

Job Description :-

• Achieve annual sales forecasts to facilitate achievement of sales goals and objectives
• Proactively contacting current and potential customers to generate sales and inquiries
• Respond, Propose and Recommend company products to Industrial End Users inquiries
• Develop and establishing new customers and re-activate inactive customers in assigned territory – Klang Valley & Perak
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; propose countermeasures to gain market share
• Obtain market feedbacks on competitors accounts and movement, pricing and to recommend attack/counter attack strategies such as pricing to gain market shares.
• Prepare technical presentation and promote company product and services
• Communicate and build effective relationships internally and externally
• Stay knowledgeable in standard products development and departmental workflow
• Submit Weekly Sales Activities Report and Monthly Sales Report.
• Assisting in additional adhoc work assigned and directed by management

Job Requirement :-

• At least 3 years working experience with related field is required this position with industrial sales experience is advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English is essential, as well as other local dialects would be an advantage
• Able to perform under pressure and independently in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and able to work independently.
• Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
