General Summary:
To develop and follow up on potential sales and new business opportunities and execute marketing strategies and activities for sales growth.
Responsibilities & Requirements
• Report directly to the Management on all important/problems.
• Planning and propose action plan how to archives overall sales target for the company.
• Sales visit to corporate companies to introduce the company
• Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales activities.
• Market survey what’s new to introduce the company.
• Handle walks in and phone enquiries on corporate events.
• The window person to be responsible for the co ordinating of sales with the company.
• To build strong relationship with customers.
• Ensure site implementation to be in accordance to authority requirements and within stipulated budget, timeline and workmanship.
• Ensure timely interim stages billing to purchasers in tandem with site construction progress to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Meeting customer satisfaction by providing efficient service including handling and follow up enquiries, complaints and preparation of quotation.
• Any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
