Job Description
- Develop, maintain and generate smart scope programs for use in inspection, verification of production materials for incoming, outgoing, FAI and in-process parts.
- Work closely with the QA team to measure, examine and test molded part to identify defects and non-conformance to specification.
- Manage and maintain all measurement machine to ensure functionality and meeting production needs.
- Prepare and submit required report(s) or documentation ensure clear identification of product inspection status
Qualification :
- SPM / Diploma in any related field
- Able to read 2D or 3D drawings
- Good knowledge of measurement equipment such as smart scope, caliper, height gauge etc. is an advantage
- Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively with other function teams
- Able to work in a team and individually
- Able to work under the environment with fast tempo
- Good attendance and punctuality to work
