About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team at PRIORIS INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the agriculture industry.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector
- Engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales avenues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Reporting on sales performance and providing data-driven insights to inform business strategy
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of the agriculture sector, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
