- Contract Duration: 6 months Maternity Cover (able to convert)
- Salary: $1800 per month
- Working Days: Tue - Thur (office hours)
- Location: Bedok South Ave
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and assigned professionals.
- Maintain accurate records, manage filing systems, and oversee purchasing activities, including online procurement.
- Handle goods receipt, dispatch, and coordinate related logistics and documentation.
- Support and assist in the coordination of departmental projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Carry out duties under general supervision, demonstrating independence, initiative, and sound judgment in day to day tasks.
