Responsibilities:
- Perform measurement works and prepare bill of quantities (BQ)
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Manage project finances and monitor expenditures
- Evaluate contractor claims and variations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Strong knowledge in measurement and BQ preparation
- Good understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, QS tools)
