Responsibilities:
- Enforce site safety compliance (OSHA 1994 and relevant regulations).
- Daily safety inspection, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety induction, and monitor high-risk activities.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident investigation.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with main contractor and relevant authorities on safety matters.
Requirements:
- Must have NIOSH Safety & Health Supervisor (Yellow Book).
- Minimum academic qualification: Diploma / Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) / Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) / Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent (MQA-recognised).
- Familiar with HIRARC, Permit-to-Work, PPE enforcement and safety reporting.
- At least 2 years construction site safety experience.
- Must have CIDB Green Card
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
