Job Scope :
- Handle pre & post contract management
- Handle & prepare progress claims, variation orders, final accounts
- To prepare tender quotation
- To control project budget
- To prepare subcontract certificate
- To liaise with consultants , contractors, authorities
Job Requirement :
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Quantity Survey.
- Preferably 1 - 5 years of working experience as QS role.
- Fresh graduate also welcome to apply
- Senior Executive also will be considered for Senior Position.
- Must be willing to work SS15, Subang Jaya
