Primary function:
To operate production machines and perform manufacturing processes efficiently and safely to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate assigned production machines and equipment according to work instructions and SOPs.
2. Perform basic machine setup, adjustment, and operation as required.
3. Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
4. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications.
5. Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.
6. Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
7. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area (5S).
8. Comply with company safety rules, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
9. Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen or productivity improvement.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualification requirements:
1. Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
2. Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, or basic measurement tools.
3. Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required.
4. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Working experience requirement:
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in machining, assembly, or factory operations is preferred.
3. Fresh candidates with strong learning attitude may be considered.
