1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Assist with onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Records & Documentation (Local Staff)
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, and employment verification.
- Manage the company’s leave management and attendance monitoring systems.
3. Payroll & Attendance Support (Overall)
- Monitor staff attendance, overtime and leave utilization
- Assist in collecting attendance records and leave applications.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
- Monitor staff leave and maintain leave records.
4. HR Administration
- Handle general HR administrative duties.
- Assist in organizing training programs and HR activities.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
5. Compliance & Employee Support
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labour laws.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Support disciplinary procedures and documentation when required.
6. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs based on departmental requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and training matrix for employees.
- Apply & Claim Grant – HRDC
7. ER/IR
A) Employee Relations Management
- Maintain good relationships between employees and management.
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Support HR in maintaining a positive work environment.
B) Industrial Relations Compliance
- Ensure company practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour regulations.
- Handle cases related to termination, misconduct, and unfair dismissal.
- Assist in preparing documentation for Labour Office (JTK) or Industrial Court cases if required.
8. Others
- Support HR Assistant, for Foreign Workers matters (Still teach HR Assistant for any regarding Foreign Worker issue)
- Assist HR Manager in manpower planning and HR operational activities
