Summary:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand while optimizing resources. Acts as a key liaison between local operations and the company for demand forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Align production schedules with sales forecasts and inventory levels
- Source and coordinate raw materials to ensure continuous production supply
- Liaise with suppliers on material availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Monitor raw material stock levels and trigger replenishment
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams
- Track production output and adjust plans based on demand and material availability
- Prepare production and material reports for management.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in material planning and sourcing
- Support continuous improvement in planning and supply chain efficiency
- Any other task assigns by superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG / manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Proficient in Excel / ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Good communication skills (Mandarin is an added advantage)
