- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Import Export Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat 8.30am-1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and follow up on daily trucking status.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Liaise with shipping lines or agents for empty container returns/collection and cost details.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers/consignees regarding depot or transport matters.
- Plan delivery schedules according to customer requirements.
- Prepare billing once the job is completed.

- Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
- Knowledge of Portnet, Yard, and Trip Management Systems is beneficial.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
